This is a vintage Misha (Mishka) Olympic Bear pencil sharpener, made as a souvenir for the 1980 Moscow Summer Olympic Games (USSR). Misha, designed by children’s illustrator Viktor Chizhikov, was the official mascot of the Games and is one of the most recognisable Olympic mascots ever created.
