Old small vintage metal Shirley Temple advertisement keepsake. The front is signed “Made in Japan” It’s oval with a red frame, the other side was a mirror maybe? It needs to be cleaned, I’m not sure if the spots on the back can be removed, I try to avoid cleaning older items in case of damage. See photos for details
