Vintage WW1 St. John's Ambulance Illustrated Calico Sling Bandage The bandage has lovely illustrations showing the bandage placements. Measurement on sides : 38 x 38 x 60 inches The bandage is in good condition but the fabric does have some frayed edges. It would have been used to train St. John's Ambulance personnel during World War 1 to provide medical care to soldiers on the battlefield. Its craftsmanship and origin make it a valuable piece of memorabilia for collectors interested in wartime history and St. John's Ambulance heritage. Please see photographs showing condition.
