This is a vintage Pyrene hand-pump fire extinguisher complete with its original wall mounting bracket. This classic brass extinguisher was manufactured by The Pyrene Company Ltd. of Brentford, Middlesex, England, and is a wonderful piece of early fire-fighting and industrial history. The extinguisher retains its original Pyrene label, brass body, black-painted base, and T-handle marked “PYRENE.” The original wall bracket is included. The brass has developed an attractive aged patina consistent with its age, making it an excellent display piece for collectors of automobilia, industrial antiques, fire memorabilia, garages, man caves, museums, or vintage décor.
