This vintage Rhodesian headdress badge features the iconic insignia of the British South Africa Police (BSAP). Exact age unknown, however design is consistent with that used in the mid 20th C period. Makers mark on rear: Firmin, London. In original condition, with aged patina (see images). This patina could easily be cleaned, however, this does form part of its history, so will leave decision to next owner. Lugs to rear are in good used condition, with some signs of use.
