In fair preowned condition. No chips or cracks to glass. Moderate surface scratches. Heavy cracking and wear to painted graphic. Wooden frame has light chipping in spots around edge, and a crack at top right corner. Backing has tears and creasing. Measures approximately 13.5" wide and 13.5" tall (including frame).
