They are in decent used condition. There is just one little orangish dot mark which has its location indicated in one picture and is shown in close up in the next. There are no other notable flaws. The measurement across the waistband is shown as they sit. Given they are elasticated they could fit a fair bit larger than that but it gives you something to compare against at least.
