This is a printed image (not an actual photographic image) framed in a very neat art deco glass photo frame. This may have been given out by the studio but very hard to find any record of this. Or just a way for a fan to frame up a magazine clipping of their favorite star. Rita Hayward Columbia studios around 1940.
