The Elektrometal type LB1A is a Polish Mine Safety Lamp based on the German Wolf 400 model. This lamp is believed to have been manufactured circa 1970. Few Polish Mine lamps are in circulation in the UK. This lamp was also produced with a bonnet protection for the gauzes. However the one being sold is the version without the bonnet.
