This is a promo from 1989 for XTC's Mayor of Simpleton. 13" cardboard standing cut out. I believe it was for Virgin stores. It's in pretty good condition for age, little bit of rubs & to top left & crease bottom left. Stand is good & stands well. Couple of marks on back. NO 3" DISC, the box is empty & has a bit of blu tack to keep it fastened. Quite a rare piece to find
