An original white cotton nurses pinafore apron dating from around the 1930s to 1940s and made by Lily White. The apron is made from a lightweight white cotton and features a patch pocket on the front. The shoulder straps cross at the back but there no buttonholes on the ends so they were likely pinned in place. The skirt fastens with a button closing on the back. The apron still retains its original maker's label which reads 'Lily White Apron British Made'. Good condition with some minor age related spotted areas (see closeup pictures).
