A rare one off piece for sale. This antique/ vintage folk art sign dates to the mid 20th century and was likely made as a one-off figure/sign to, possibly, gesture the direction for people to go at a fun fair ride or amusement venue. Scratch built, there are signs of the making process, such as faint saw marks as well as the odd chip here or there adding to the genuine patina and charm of the piece. It was lovingly hand made and painted for a purpose and has a wonderful vintage folk art appearance. The piece stands at approximately 42cm high by 32cm wide. The rectangular base is 29cm x 9.5cm.
