This product is a pair of match-worn British Lions Austin Healey shorts from the 3rd Test in Johannesburg , South Africa on 5th July 1997. These shorts are a piece of sports memorabilia from the rugby union era, specifically representing the British Lions team. The shorts are a unique item for fans of the sport looking to own a piece of history from the early 2000s period. This have been washed but you can still see the mud stains. The loss of stretch in elastic in the waist due to being 30 years old. Given to me personally by Austin Healey (who I knew from his Leicester Tigers playing days). An amazing piece of rugby memorabilia. Open to sensible offers.
