One day in 1969, outside the Apple building at 3 Savile Row, a lady was given a pile of these Love & Peace John and Yoko flyers and asked to spread them around. They believe it was Anthony Fawcett, John & Yoko’s personal assistant at the time who gave them to her. She walked around Piccadilly Circus and handed them out to people. A rare flyer dating to the honeymoon period of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, who spent their first week as newly weds by cozily campaigning their Bed-In for Peace in the presidential suite at the Hilton Amsterdam in late March 1969.
