This is an engraved glass tumbler with the inscription: "A present from the EAST END INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION GLASGOW 1890-91" And a further inscription on the back "Mrs Close". When it came into my hands, the top edge was sharp so I have rubbed it gently with carborundum paper to make it safe to handle. But it has clearly lost a chunk of the rim. As it is so damaged, but also quite a surviro (!) I am very unsure how to value it, so am very happy to consider offers. Also willing, as usual, to combine postage for multiple purchases. 335/26
