Nice collectible postcard commemorating the World Cup in Mexico 1970 The postcard shows previous winners interestingly showing the Union Jack for England 1966 Postcard has been Postley used from Mexico and sent to the Isle of Wight. It has a 1970 football commemorating stamp with two cancellations one which looks like a World Cup 1970 special cancellation.
