1x CHUCKY TV show head from the Colonel’s cabin scene. Screen used. All came directly from the production prop team and were custom made by them, with a unique head mold, acrylic teeth, acrylic eyes, hair, and very detailed paint. No COA/LOA, unless you want one from me.
