Third photo shows a small blue speck of paint next to the blue circus tent. I believe it is a manufacture defect. The main pouch’s zipper works fine but the zipper tape seems to be uneven. One side is longer than the other. There is also one missing zipper tooth (see photo 11). Otherwise bag is in good condition. All other zippers and other closures work fine. 17 inches across and roughly 15 inches in length.
