Filippov” (Филиппову) on the reverse, indicating it was awarded or owned by a specific individual. The front features a red enamel cross with Cyrillic inscription “Community of Sisters of Mercy.” The piece appears to be made of silver (unconfirmed) and retains a nice aged patina consistent with its age.
