Heart of Midlothian Football Club, known as Hearts, is a historic Edinburgh team founded in 1874, whose maroon and white colors and crest are inspired by the city's Heart of Midlothian mosaic. Hearts’ golden era under manager Tommy Walker saw them dominate between the 1950s and 1960s, highlighted by record-breaking goal-scoring feats in 1957–58.
