Tonmawr finished in 8th place and Neath were runners up only 7 points behind League Leaders Pontypridd. In the semi final the Scarlets disposed of Neath 46-5 played at the Gnoll. Tonmawr contested the Sixth place British and Irish Cup Qualification play-offs but lost 31-5 to Newport RFC @ Rodney Parade.
