The handbook has a crease across the lower corner of the front cover but otherwise just an odd minor sign of handling whilst being signed etc but generally very good condition. The publication itself is a 15cm by 21cm 272 page softback book and is ideal for collecting signatures as the players sign to the page featuring them making identification etc so much easier.
