Vintage souvenir medal commemorating the XXIII Olympic Games held in Los Angeles in 1984. The gold-coloured medallion features an Olympic torch surrounded by a laurel wreath on one side and a classical discus thrower on the reverse. Supplied in its original clear presentation case with blue backing card. The medal is in excellent condition with a bright reflective finish. The presentation case has some light surface scratches and storage marks consistent with age. This is a commemorative souvenir medallion and not an athlete’s winner or participation medal.
