factory sealed. does have a few holes in plastic as shown on the sides. still has original sales tag from record stop with a $5 price on it. Does have some tape on the sides. not sure if its covering up a few more holes or was used for something else. the shirt art is vibrant and looks great. Get an opportunity to get a rare piece off memorabilia still sealed. size is Large. selling the shirt as is. If opened i cannot guarantee it doesnt have dry rot. selling shirt as a display piece.
