Vintage Elvis Presley Circle G Ranch Deed. Dated Jan 2nd, 1978, and issued by the Circle G Ranch Incorporation. Portions of the land were sold to Elvis fans after his passing in 1977. This is for collectors ONLY and has no land value. Deed is sealed/plastic wrapped with cardboard. The back of plastic is slightly torn, however Deed still sealed. Cardboard as damage on the side (see photo), however, does not appear to affect the deed. Paper does have discoloration due to age. Amy questions please feel free to ask. Thank you!
