Has signatures of Stanley Matthews and Eddie Shimwell of Blackpool and possible board of directors or VIP guest I am not sure. It was the property of the Blackpool Assistant Secretary, S. Rowland. This is a wonderful, interesting and collectable item for any sports Enthusiasts.
