Offered for sale here is an 1940 Wisden Cricketers’ Almanac, rebound in dark brown boards, retaining original linen wrappers, in NEAR VERY GOOD condition. Boards and spine are in excellent condition. Gilt titles to spine are bright. Original linen wrappers are in poor condition. Front wrapper is darkened with pencil pricing. Rear wrapper is a little faded and stained. Contents are complete, tidy and in very good condition. First advertising page is a little tatty. A nice copy. Postage is Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ref 104
